Now I know this doesn't look like a lock but it is. It's one of those safety locks that you lock from outside with a key but inside you just turn the knob. It's so you don't have to go rummaging for the key if you have a fire :O) I love my DH!

Locks like that are much better though as you dont have to remember to lock yourself in at night! Brill pic :o0 x

Great idea, especially when kids lose keys like it's not a problem, with these they can get out and not back in. I like it.
Seriously though, we don't consider the safety aspect when we lock the door last thing and just sling the keys any old where, so wise hubby you have there.
